Studio reels
Do I need to book a podcast to record studio reels?
No. Studio reels are a standalone service. Come to our studio and record reels on their own; we record, edit, brand and deliver each reel, ready to post.
How much do studio reels cost?
Reels are priced per reel by length: 40 seconds to 1 minute is $42 (₹4,000), 1 to 2 minutes is $63 (₹6,000) and 2 to 3 minutes is $83 (₹8,000). INR prices are for clients in India and exclude GST.
What is included with each reel?
Recording on our chroma set with a videographer, editing by our in-house editor, your logo, colours and graphics, and clean, readable captions.
What lengths and formats can I choose?
Each reel can run from 40 seconds to 3 minutes and is delivered in 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9, ready for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
How do I book studio reels?
Choose the reel length and number of reels in the Studio reels section, add your email and select Book my reels. Your request comes to reach@waiin.com and we reply with studio dates.
A/V production
What does A/V production include?
Multi-camera HD recording, studio-quality sound recorded and mixed clean, a chroma set with kino lighting, and a videographer on every shoot.
What kind of videos is it suited to?
Interviews, talking-head videos, leadership messages and brand videos.
Can I record in 2K or use a teleprompter?
Yes. 2K recording is available on request, and a teleprompter is available for in-person shoots at our studio.
How is A/V production priced?
Each shoot is priced to what you need. Book a meeting, tell us about the video, and we share a clear quote before any work starts.
Editing
Can you edit footage I recorded elsewhere?
Yes. Send us your footage, including footage you recorded on your own, and our in-house editor turns it into a polished video.
What is included in an edit?
Clean cuts and pacing, background music, intro and outro slides, B-roll, text animations and subtitles with clean captions.
Can I use my own B-roll?
Yes. We can use B-roll you provide, or stock B-roll if you do not have your own.
How many revisions are included?
One technical revision on the edit. It can include reordering and any fixes that use the footage already in your video timeline, such as cut points, sound levels, colour, caption typos and name or title spellings. Changes that need footage not already in the timeline are not included.

What does branding include?
Intro and outro slides, on-screen graphics and name titles, so every video and reel has a consistent look.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, colours, fonts and any photos you want on screen.
Can branding be added to my reels?
Yes. Your branding can appear on every reel, as well as on your longer videos.
Animated videos
What kind of animated videos do you make?
Explainer videos, product demos, motion graphics and animated social posts that explain a product, a process or an idea in seconds.
Do you handle the script and voice-over?
Yes. Our team scripts, storyboards, voices and animates each video.

Do prices include GST or taxes?
USD prices are for international clients, with no GST or other taxes added. INR prices are for clients in India and exclude GST, which is added to your invoice.
