Are these audio or video podcasts?
Video. Every package is a video podcast delivered in HD. Studio packages are recorded in person at StoryPixels; the Virtual package records you and one guest remotely. Audio-only podcasts are coming soon: join the waitlist at the top of this page.
What exactly do I receive?
One complete edited video podcast, 3 one-minute podcast reels for social media and a custom podcast thumbnail (Standard, Premium and Virtual). The Basic package delivers the raw video without editing.
Do you publish the podcast for me?
We deliver finished, ready-to-post files for your own YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels. If you would like us to upload and publish them for you, see Publishing support under Other Services.
How long does delivery take?
Edited packages are delivered within 5 working days of the shoot. Raw footage from the Basic package is shared within 2 working days.
How many revisions are included?
Every edited package includes one technical revision to the edit. It covers fixes such as cut points, sound levels, colour, caption typos and name or title spellings, not reordering content or a new creative direction.
How are my podcast reels chosen?
Share 3 timestamps from your episode, each no longer than 1 minute, within 2 working days of the shoot. Otherwise we cut the podcast reels using our creative judgement. Podcast reels we choose cannot be changed later.
What should I bring to the shoot?
Your logo, any photos you want on screen and your podcast questions. Avoid green clothing, as we shoot on a chroma set, and bring a change of outfit if you are recording more than one episode.
Can I upgrade to 2K or use a teleprompter?
Yes. 2K recording is $52 (₹5,000 in India) extra on any package. A teleprompter is $5 (₹500 in India) per hour with a 1 hour minimum, for in-person podcasts only.
How does booking and payment work?
Confirm your package by email. We reply within one working day with a booking summary and a secure payment link for the 50% advance (card or bank transfer; international clients are invoiced in USD). Then we hold a 15-minute Microsoft Teams walkthrough to fix your dates. The rest is paid on delivery.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your recording. Refunds of the advance are paid within 5 working days.
Do prices include GST or taxes?
USD prices are for international clients, with no GST or other taxes added. INR prices are for clients in India and exclude GST, which is added to your invoice.
